I am passionately called to share with you what I understand as divine truth, showing how intuition and self-awareness are primal gifts of our being. The safe container of these class and workshop settings will encourage each of you to see this wisdom for yourself, and to begin incorporating practices that keep divine energy flowing.

Through Jessica’s ability to see, feel and hear the energetic field, she is able to move stagnant energy and bring clarity to areas that are blocked. She will offer exercises to maintain the flow of healthy energy patterns. Jessica uses her intuitive sight along with deep compassion to bring about meaningful and positive change in her clients lives.

This 7 week class will focus on one chakra each week. We will explore the ways each chakra governs your physical, mental and emotional health and deepen this understanding with a meditation for the chakra. Gain clarity on why your chakra might be blocked and come away with exercises to keep the energy flowing. This practice allows for a more integrated way of being in the world.

This 3 week intensive exploration into the intuitive ability in all of us will have you feeling confident in your own innate ability to see, feel and hear beyond the chatter of the mind. You will learn to capture insights to help make decisions in your personal life, which in turn allows you to live a life with more ease and confidence. Learn from Jessica the benefits of intuition, meditations to enhance your own intuitive guidance, personal practice using your intuition and many other exercises and experiences. Seeing the amazing ways that intuition can and does benefit your life.
